Key Responsibilities
* Supervise and coordinate industrial project field crews (technicians, foremen, site leads)
* Conduct daily inspections for site safety, project quality, and compliance with regulations
* Manage project schedules, inventory, budgets, and documentation
* Communicate project progress with clients and stakeholders effectively
* Oversee specialized tasks—confined space entry, equipment safety inspections, and staff certifications
* Manage office operations (documentation, logistics, employee records, HR support)
* Lead hiring, onboarding, team development, and HR compliance tasks
* Act as the liaison between field, office, and management teams for project coordination
Qualifications & Skills
* Proven leadership in industrial, field services, or construction project management
* Strong organisational, analytical and time management skills
* Advanced skills with Microsoft Office, Gantt charts, and digital project scheduling tools
* Valid certifications: General Industry Safety Training, First Aid, Confined Space, Scaffolding, Swing Stage, EU/IE Driver’s License
* Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
* Commitment to safety, quality, planned execution, and client-first mindset
* Willingness to travel across Europe for extended periods as required
Salary & Benefits
* Base between €60,000 and €80,000 per year (depending on experience)
* Performance-based annual bonuses
