In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe execution of works and promoting a strong safety culture on site.
Main Responsibilities:
 * Collaborate with project teams to coordinate corrective actions from clients, internal and external audits.
 * Manage document uploads to various systems, including Murphy Alcumus System and IAuditor.
 * Analyze and prepare key performance indicator (KPI) data for weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual management reviews.
 * Coordinate document archiving and maintenance tasks.
 * Support the preparation, revision, and review of quality system records.
 * Deliver quality-related training and monitor changes to procedures and templates.
 * Assist with scheduling supply chain audits and participating in project start-up meetings.
 * Contribute to trend analysis reporting and help project teams with template coordination.
