We are seeking a skilled Financial Strategist to lead our organization's financial operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee the entire financial spectrum of our Group, ensuring seamless management and decision-making processes.
* Ensure timely flow of financial information to key stakeholders, including the Operations Director and the Board.
Responsibilities
* Exercise overall control over the Group's accounting function, managing all financial transactions and accountancy matters.
* Prepare regular management accounts and generate relevant financial data for board meetings.
* Liaise with auditors during the annual audit process, overseeing the preparation of year-end audit files.
* Conduct routine activities of a property business, including invoicing, accounts payable/receivable, VAT, payroll, bank reconciliations, and payments.
About You
* Hold a recognized professional qualification, such as ACA, ACCA, or CIMA.
* Bring circa 10 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in a small to mid-sized company.
* Possess strong knowledge of the property investment sector, an advantage but not essential.
* Have a proven track record of managing finance functions, with expertise in Excel, QuickBooks, and Xero.
* Exhibit exceptional analytical skills, proficiency in Microsoft tools, and unwavering integrity.
