Description: This position involves working with high-net-worth clients, identifying their needs, developing relationships, reviewing investment goals, and providing tailored investment recommendations. Responsibilities include leveraging technology for business growth, profiling clients to understand their financial objectives, building a sustainable client base, and supporting career development within the bank. The role requires compliance with SAFE Act registration, including background checks and registration processes.
Responsibilities:
* Providing personalized financial advice and investment strategies to clients based on their goals.
* Collaborating with financial advisor teams to expand networks and share market insights.
* Utilizing the bank's resources to benefit clients and prospects.
* Growing and managing a book of business to meet financial targets.
* Prioritizing client requests and coordinating with internal service providers.
Advisor Development Program (ADP): Provides training and mentorship to develop successful, independent financial advisors, with opportunities to work with affluent clients and develop relationship management skills. Located in a Merrill branch, the program prepares advisors for career advancement within Merrill Wealth Management.
Support and Development: Training, mentorship, networking, marketing strategies, professional growth opportunities, and leadership development are integral parts of the role.

Qualifications:
* Series 7 & 66 licenses (or 63 & 65 in lieu of 66).
* At least two years in financial services or sales with goal achievement.
* Minimum one year in the investment industry with knowledge of investment products.
* Self-motivated with excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
* Ability to manage goals, prioritize tasks, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
* Regulatory diligence in daily activities and client strategies.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience in lead generation and client development.
* Strong computer skills and multitasking ability.
* Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
* Additional professional designations (e.g., CFP, CRPC).
* Insurance licenses.
