Key Responsibilities:

Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Proven experience in office management or legal administration.
* Strong understanding of legal processes, terminology, and procedures.
* Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of legal practice management software is an asset.
* Ability to work independently, maintain composure in fast-paced environments, and adapt to changing priorities.
* Familiarity with Irish employment law and GDPR compliance is beneficial.
