Service & Warranty AdvisorLocation: O'Briens KilkennyWe're looking for a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Service & Warranty Advisor to join our Aftersales team. If you enjoy working with people, have a keen eye for detail, and want to be part of a busy dealership environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for our service customers, making sure they receive the highest level of care from the moment they arrive to the time they collect their vehicle. You'll also ensure warranty processes are handled correctly and efficiently in line with manufacturer standards.What You'll DoWelcome customers to the Service Department and handle all service and repair bookings.Accurately record customer details, vehicle information, and service requirements.Manage workshop loading to ensure maximum efficiency.Keep customers updated throughout their service journey, including progress reports and additional work approvals.Handle warranty claims and ensure manufacturer requirements are met.Promote and upsell accessories, parts, and additional services where appropriate.Arrange courtesy cars, insurance, and transport options for customers.Present invoices clearly, explaining charges and warranty/goodwill policies.Follow up with customers after their visit to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships.What We're Looking ForPrevious experience in a Service Advisor or Warranty role within the motor trade is desirable, but we're also open to candidates with strong customer service skills from other industries.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — you'll enjoy speaking with customers and building relationships.Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.A good level of IT literacy (experience with Kerridge/Drive or similar DMS would be an advantage).A positive, team-focused attitude with a commitment to delivering great customer experiences.What We OfferCompetitive salary package with performance-related bonuses.Training and development opportunities to grow your career.Staff discounts on vehicles, parts, and servicing.A friendly and supportive team environment.Opportunity to represent a leading automotive brand.If you're passionate about customer service and have the drive to succeed in a busy dealership environment, we'd love to hear from you.Job Type: Full-timePay: €30,000.00-€32,000.00 per yearWork Location: In person
