About the Role
This is a hands-on, customer-facing position where you will:
Advise customers on plant selection and care
Drive sales across plants and garden products
Maintain high standards of plant health and presentation
Support merchandising, stock rotation, and general upkeep
Assist with the day-to-day running of the garden centre

Experience in horticulture, garden centres, or retail
Strong communication and customer service skills
