This 9-month fixed-term contract (FTC) role is based in the Dublin HQ with a hybrid working model. This opportunity is central to building and scaling the systems that drive consumer activation, engagement, earning, redemption, and retention, alongside measurable partner performance.About the Role:This is a hands-on, end-to-end role for a results-oriented individual who is passionate about transforming initial users into loyal advocates across both their consumer app users and their B2B business partners.What you'll do:Lifecycle (B2C & B2B CRM) - Build lifecycle architecture (activation -> reactivation). Create segmentation/behavioural logic frameworks. Own CRM automations across push, email, and in-app. Design frictionless onboarding flows and build retention/win-back programmes.Partner Marketing - Build the partner marketing engine to drive earning, redemption, and GMV. Create partner campaign templates and co-branded activations. Develop compelling ROI stories and case studies to support renewalsOperations & Alignment - Own the unified lifecycle + partner marketing calendar. Ensure consistent cross-channel messaging. Document system logic, messaging frameworks, and campaign playbooks for long-term continuity post-FTCCross-Functional Leadership - Work with Product & Design on in-app surfaces and conversion flows. Partner with Customer Success to improve churn. Collaborate with Sales on partner narrative. Work with the data team for segmentation, insights, and dashboard design.What our client is looking for:4+ years in CRM, lifecycle, retention, or engagement marketing.Proven experience building lifecycle systems from scratch .Exceptional copywriting and messaging skills.Strong partner marketing or B2B lifecycle exposure.Highly skilled in segmentation, automation, funnel design, and behavioural logic.Strong cross-functional operator mindset (Product, Data, CS, Sales).Experience in loyalty, fintech, consumer apps, or marketplace environments is a plus.
