Commissioning Manager - (Grey/Black Utilities)

With offices across Europe, Asia, and the US, and a team of over 3,600 professionals, we deliver complex capital projects in sectors such as life sciences, food and beverages, mission-critical ICT, advanced manufacturing, energy, and environmental services.
Due to our ongoing success in securing large-scale projects, we now seek a Commissioning Manager to be based onsite in West Dublin for a 9-month assignment.
Responsibilities
* Manage commissioning activities on a large pharmaceutical project.
* Prepare commissioning plans aligned with the client's strategic goals and ensure timely, compliant delivery.
* Develop and review system and component impact assessments, I&O qualification documentation, performance reports, and other relevant reports.
* Develop and execute commissioning and qualification lifecycle protocols tailored to project requirements.
* Lead and support SATs (Site Acceptance Tests).
* Apply hands-on CQV experience in Grey/Black Utilities.
* Support and represent the technical quality team during meetings, site visits, troubleshooting, and audits.
* Collaborate with PM Group and client engineers, managers, and directors.
* Coordinate activities to align with client engineering, quality, and production requirements.
Qualifications
* Level 8 qualification in Engineering and/or Science.
* Minimum of 15 years of industry experience, including at least 5 years as a Commissioning Manager.
* Proven experience in commissioning and qualification activities on multiple projects within the fine chemicals industry, focusing on process, mechanical, or electrical commissioning.
* Demonstrated technical competence, efficiency, and safety awareness.
* Experience as a Commissioning Manager on at least one major project.
* Strong time management skills.
* Self-motivated and decisive.
