Job Summary
We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager to join our team at Premier Tech Water & Environment. This is an exciting opportunity to grow and evolve within our international organization, which is a leader in environmental technologies for wastewater treatment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving sales goals in the Munster area, developing business relationships with customers, and analyzing markets to identify new opportunities.
This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as experience working in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role and be proficient in using CRM systems.

Key Responsibilities
* Achieve sales goals by implementing action plans based on sales strategies, meeting with customers to present product added-value, answering customer requests and technical questions, developing and maintaining business relationships with customers, and performing follow-up after sales are concluded.
* Analyze markets and maintain industry networks by participating in trade shows and other commercial events, maintaining relationships and credibility with market stakeholders, identifying key players, policy makers, and technical influencers, and targeting them for business opportunities.
* Plan sales strategies customized to customers by evaluating lead potential, adapting action plans and efforts accordingly, planning and preparing for meetings with customers, establishing and implementing promotion plans in collaboration with the marketing team.
Skills and Qualifications
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
* Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficient in using and updating CRM systems.
* Full, clean Irish driving license.
