Facilities Coordinator Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Coordinator to join our team and assist in the efficient day-to-day management of client sites.

Key responsibilities include:
* Managing facilities management-related enquiries from clients and internal teams.
* Coordinating and tracking Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) and reactive tasks using CAFM systems.
* Collaborating with engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to arrange site access and secure permits.
* Keeping detailed records of completed tasks, quotations, risk assessments, and compliance documentation.
* Compiling and delivering client reports, service logs, and updates for monthly business reviews.
* Monitoring outstanding work orders and escalating overdue or high-priority issues as necessary.
* Assisting in sourcing and procuring parts, materials, and subcontracted services.
* Ensuring all activities comply with health and safety regulations and internal operational procedures.
