Over the course of the programme, you will gain experience:

As part of the Programme, you will be given the opportunity to rotate across the various teams where, we will challenge you to ensure your learning, and development potential is maximised over the duration of the programme.
Beyond your daily responsibilities, our programme provides a range of extracurricular activities, including community projects, networking with industry leaders, and workshops to support your professional and personal growth.

Entry Requirements
Achieved or expected to achieve a minimum 2.1 Honours Degree (or equivalent for universities outside of Ireland) is a prerequisite for those joining the AIB graduate programme.
Candidates must be fully authorised to work in Ireland or hold a valid work permit for the full duration of the 23-month contract (September **** – August ****).
Confirmation of these will be sought if successful for the role.
