We are now looking for a
Personal Lines Executive
to join the team. This is a client-facing role where you will manage
motor and household insurance
policies while helping clients navigate their insurance needs with confidence.
What You'll Do
* Act as the main point of contact for clients' motor and home insurance queries.
* Provide quotes, process renewals, and make updates to existing policies.
* Assist clients with claims and ensure their experience is smooth and stress-free.
* Support clients throughout the insurance process, giving clear guidance and expert advice.
* Ensure all work is completed in line with regulatory requirements and best practice.
What We're Looking For
* More than 1 year experience in a Personal Lines insurance role -
is a must
* APA Personal Insurance -
is a must
* Knowledge of personal lines insurance, including motor, home, van, and travel.
* Strong communication skills and a genuine interest in helping clients.
* Self-motivated, organised, and able to thrive in a team environment.
