Partner Development Manager – Cloud & AI (EMEA)We're working with a global cloud and AI leader looking for a Partner Development Manager to own and grow a portfolio of strategic partners across EMEA.You'll sit at the heart of their partner ecosystem – helping partners build modern cloud and AI solutions, drive adoption with customers, turn that into real revenue and usage growth.Experience Required:Proven experience in partner/channel management, business development or tech sales .Strong understanding of cloud platforms and modern workplace / productivity solutions (experience with Azure / M365 or similar is highly advantageous).Ability to manage complex relationships across multiple geographies and cultures .Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.Business-level English and French (both written and spoken).Nice to HaveFamiliarity with AI-driven business models and partner enablement programs.Experience operating across EMEA markets, ideally with multilingual exposure.Analytical mindset – comfortable using data to prioritise, decide and report.Exposure to the Education sector and/or public sector environments.If you're a commercially driven partner leader who enjoys building strategic relationships and turning cloud & AI strategy into execution, please apply for immediate consideration.This opportunity covers:Owning a strategic partner portfolio:Manage a defined set of partners across EMEA.Align partner plans to core solution areas and growth priorities.Lead joint business planning, execution, and performance reviews.Drive AI & Cloud adoption:Help partners embed cloud and AI capabilities into their offerings.Enable AI-driven use cases for Education (K–14) to accelerate customer value.Champion modern, data-led and AI-enabled scenarios with end customers.Grow revenue & usage:Hit revenue, consumption and usage targets through partner-led motions.Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across the cloud & AI portfolio.Use data and insights to focus effort where it drives the biggest impact.Work with internal sales, marketing, services and specialist teams to unlock partner opportunities.Drive accountability around renewals, pipeline generation and account engagement.Ensure clear communication and execution across multiple stakeholders and markets.Maintain compliance & governanceEnsure partners operate within program requirements and compliance standards.Support accurate reporting and governance across your partner portfolio.Contract Details:Competitive Day RateHybrid / Remote – Dublin6 Months Initial (with 12 Months Extension)Please apply for immediate consideration.
