Senior Digital Performance ManagerBelfast (Hybrid)40-45K MCS Group are delighted to be partnering with a leading Agency who are looking a Digital Performance Manager. The digital performance manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimising digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms to drive client growth. The perfect candidate will work closely with media, creative, and account teams to develop strategic media plans, manage budgets, and analyse campaign performance. Core ResponsibilitiesManage digital performance on multiple key accounts.Manage day-to-day administration of all live digital campaigns, including set up, monitoring, evaluating, and refining them.Cost out media plans and manage client budgets accurately.Negotiate with digital media suppliers.Provide comprehensive feedback on proposed digital ideas.Work collaboratively with and support wider media team.Accurately raise media purchase orders and provide corresponding media plans to the finance department for invoice matching. Essential Criteria5+ years of experience in a similar digital role, preferably agency-based, but client and supplier experience would also be considered.Experience with all digital ad platforms, including Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Snapchat, Spotify, ad serving and ad verification tools.Proven media campaign planning experience and managing large digital budgets, including planning partnerships directly with key suppliers.Experience working with creative and production teams to ensure digital specifications and limitations are met.Experience using technology and AI within digital media workflows.
