Account Executive, Small Business - Nordics (English Speaking) — Remote - Ireland.
What does the role involve?
You will use outbound selling strategies to find new business and help customers grow using HubSpot software.
You will focus on generating leads, research prospects, create outreach strategies, run online demos, and close sales.
The target clients are small and mid-sized businesses.
This role can be based from your home office or from our Dublin Office, operating in an inside sales model with full closing responsibilities.
We are hiring for a Small Business Account Executive to sell into the Nordics.
Candidates are eligible to be office, flex, or remotely located in the Republic of Ireland based on individual preference.

Responsibilities
Quickly identify challenges that prospective customers face and discover the best sales and marketing solutions for their business
Consistently close new business at or above quota level
Nurture relationships with highly qualified opportunities at small and mid-sized companies
Build relationships with prospects and internal stakeholders to grow new business
Collaborate with HubSpot's marketing and technology teams to evolve sales strategy as new features and products are introduced
Help shape the future of HubSpot's mission with your perspectives, ideas, and skills
Qualifications
Candidates must be based in the Republic of Ireland to be considered for a remote opportunity
1+ years of closing sales experience
Fluency in English
Fluency in any Nordic language or market exposure is preferred but not essential
Unmatched consultative selling and closing skills
Accurate forecasting and pipeline management
Track record of high performance (e.g., over quota, President's Club)
A sharp focus on goals and a strong approach to achieving them
