Full Time Store Manager
to run the operations of this vibrant children's shoe store.
About You
This hands on role needs someone who has great energy, innovative ideas and is highly organised.
You will be the one running the show, so a 'my business attitude' is needed to maximise opportunity's, control costs and motivate the team of 5-6 people.
If you are an experienced retail store manager, assistant manager or natural leader with a strong retail background, who loves shoes and kids and is looking for a new challenge this could be the perfect role for you

Delivering Exceptional Customer Experience
Maintain & Drive Standards, Always Leading By Example
360 Execution Of Business - Shoe Fitting, Marketing & Events, Sales, HR, Office, Day to Day Duties
Team Management, Communication & Appraisals
Regular Training & Measurement
Rota writing & Payroll Submission
Stock Management inc deliveries, restock, admin
Achieving Targets & Sales Development through events, upsells & merchandising etc
In general you will be very hands on and proactive with customers, in addition to having a true passion for working with children, experience in shoe fitting would be a significant advantage.
As would experience with Shopify, social media marketing and executing events.

Need To Know
This is a full time role, 5 days a week and will include weekend shifts.
