Document Management Specialist
Job Description
The position of Document Management Specialist involves overseeing the creation, organization and maintenance of accurate engineering documents.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the Technical Documentation department, including all department functions processes and responsibilities.
* Coordinate technical documentation to ensure compliance with work schedules, project timelines, and contracts.
* Maintain a detailed understanding of product technology within the team.
* Ensure compliance with relevant standards, corporate guidelines, contractual obligations, and legal requirements.
* Work with suppliers as required to obtain sub-supplier documentation.
* Develop and manage the content editing system.
* Map the documentation process.
