Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Operations Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our front-line operations, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of our store.
As an Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for assisting the Site Manager with various administrative tasks to ensure optimal store performance. This includes supporting the site manager in driving sales and meeting sales targets, motivating the team by setting achievable goals and using effective leadership and communication skills, and ensuring the store operates in accordance with company standards, policies, and procedures.
You will also be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, which is at the heart of everything we do. You will be the face of our brand and will be expected to provide a high level of service to our customers at all times.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed as an Operations Supervisor, you will need to have previous experience of 1-2 years in a similar role. You will also need to have a can-do attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to work well with colleagues, contributing to a positive team environment.
You will be expected to have a strong work ethic and be willing to learn and adapt to new tasks. You will also need to have the ability to work well under pressure and be able to prioritize tasks effectively.
In terms of qualifications, a relevant degree or equivalent experience would be advantageous.
