In this role, you will work with the biggest Irish and international brands and will be responsible for managing our suite of leading regional stations, driving revenue across Partnerships, Solutions, Sponsorship, Events and Commercial Content across Ireland’s leading media agency groups.
About the Role
As a core member of Media Central’s Solutions Team, you will support the creation, sale and execution of branded content campaigns, working closely with content and commercial teams across our regional network of stations and brands. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving branded content and sponsorship revenues across regional stations.
You should have a strong understanding of the media market in Ireland, be comfortable working collaboratively across teams, and be confident managing your own workload while contributing to shared commercial goals.
What You’ll Do:
Sales Growth: Manage and deliver regional S&S budgets. Develop and implement strategies to grow existing revenues streams, and identify new ones.
Campaign Delivery: Work with the Media Central partner teams to create & deliver branded-content campaigns on time and according to clients’ briefs.
Collaboration: Work closely with station, marketing, agency and client teams to deliver strong responses to briefs and ensure smooth campaign execution.
Client Service: Provide excellent account support, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, on brief and to a high standard.
Relationship Building: Build and develop strong relationships with existing and new regional clients and agency contacts.
Reporting: Accurately report ( forecast) financial metrics as well as tracking campaign performance to support continuous improvement.
Creativity and Initiative: Contribute fresh ideas and support innovative solutions that strengthen Media Central’s regional market offering.
What You’ll Have:
Experience in media sales or agency.
An understanding of broadcast sponsorship, promotions & branded content.
Experience in delivering advertising campaigns from start to finish.
A level of experience in executing digital activations.
An excellent level of client service skills and exceptional attention to detail.
A keen interest in how technology can be used to improve advertising
A positive and ‘can-do’ attitude.
