Find your future with us.Job LocationHamburg, Munich, Dublin, or Frimley (UK/Ireland/Germany).About usIn our commercial modifications team, we operate under our EASA Part21J Design Organization Approval, with a mission to become the number one customer choice for aircraft retrofit solutions in the commercial aviation market. Our international team specializes in complete interior retrofit projects and connectivity solutions, delivering value and quality in cabin and connectivity retrofit solutions.In this role you willSupport the Design Organisation as an Engineering Technical Writer.Develop, write, and maintain high-quality technical documentation, including design procedures, work instructions, manuals, and process documentation, in accordance with EASA and company standards.Ensure all documentation is clear, accurate, consistent, and compliant with relevant aerospace standards.Demonstrate extreme attention to detail in all aspects of document creation, review, and revision, ensuring technical accuracy and regulatory compliance.Collaborate with engineering, quality, compliance, and other cross-functional teams to gather information and ensure documentation reflects current processes and best practices.Translate complex technical information into clear, user-friendly documents for engineers, auditors, and regulatory authorities.Support continuous improvement of documentation processes, templates, and tools to enhance efficiency and maintain technical excellence.Maintain document control and version management in accordance with company and regulatory requirements.Review and edit documents produced by others for clarity, consistency, and compliance with established standards.Stay current with changes in aerospace regulations, standards, and best practices, proactively updating documentation as needed.Work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to initiatives that enhance documentation quality and efficiency.Adhere to company confidentiality, security, and data protection policies in all documentation activities.BenefitsCompetitive salary and annual incentive plans.Continuous learning and opportunities for professional growth.Inclusive culture and supportive working environment.Learning Together Programme and Well Being Programs.What you bring to the tableBasic qualifications:A minimum of 5 years of experience in aircraft design or in a technical field that is highly regulated.Must have existing rights to work in either UK, Ireland or Germany.Additional attributes (preferred qualifications):Very high attention to detail and a passion for standardisation and documentation quality.Continuous improvement mindset.Experience with EASA regulatory and airworthiness requirements including (E)TSO, CS-25, JAR-25 and FAR-25.Technical degree or certification in a relevant field.Strong collaboration and communication skills; inclusive and principled professional.Applications for this position will be accepted until Sept. 15, 2025.Additional informationExport Control Details: Non – US based jobRelocation: Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefitVisa Sponsorship: Employer will not sponsor applicants for employment visa statusShift: Not a Shift Worker (Germany)Equal Opportunity Employer: We do not discriminate in recruitment or employment practices; accommodations available during recruitmentWe have teams in more than 65 countries and welcome applications from candidates with disabilities.
