Offer description

We are looking for a Finance Administrator to work for our client in the public sector on a temporary contract from the 15/6/2026 till 14/9/2026, this position is 35 hours per week, 5 days onsite.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and update the Fixed Asset Register in line with policies and procedures
Tag fixed assets and support fixed asset audit processes
Assist the Office Manager with uploading bank transactions
Perform bank account and balance sheet reconciliations
Essential Criteria
Experience in fixed asset accounting
Experience with bank transaction postings, reconciliations, and general ledger postings
Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (advanced Excel)
Ability to interact professionally with internal teams
Desirable Criteria
Experience using the Agresso finance system
Accounting and tax experience
