We are looking for results-driven B2B sales executives to join our growing sales team in our brand-new Dublin office (Santry). You'll be selling our corporate advertising and branding packages to UK & Irish businesses, typically over the phone or via Zoom. We do not need golfers, just strong closers.This is a performance-focused role with a clear commission structure, deal flexibility, and the autonomy to structure your own approach. You'll work a healthy mix of inbound leads and your own self-generated opportunities.What You'll Do:Sell advertising, branding, and corporate golf packages to UK & Irish businessesClosing business owners and decision makers over the phone and Zoom.Handle warm leads from our marketing campaigns, and create new opportunities where neededManage your own sales pipeline from lead to closeNegotiate pricing and structure deals with flexibilityStaying active; talk time, dials and responsiveness are key.Collaborate with a fun, target-driven sales teamWhat We're Looking For:Proven experience in B2B sales (Ideally telesales, advertising, media sales, or similar)A confident communicator who takes control of sales conversationsA self-starter with the drive to generate leads as well as close themStrong commercial awareness and negotiation abilitySomeone open to learning, feedback, and performance improvementEnergy and Urgency, so you act with pace, purpose and ownership.What We Offer:Up to €40,000 basic salary (depending on experience)Uncapped commission – realistic OTE of €46,000–€76,000+€5,000 salary reviews available every 6–12 months for top performersSales autonomy – freedom to negotiate dealsModern office located in the Santry Dublin.Regular sales coaching and supportCareer progression opportunities across the UK and abroad (Malaga office and brand-new Dublin office)Working Hours:Monday to Thursday: 8:45am–5:00pmFriday: 8:45am–4:30pm(No weekends)About Us:The Golf Growth Group has over 13 years of success in the sports media industry.
