Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Trade/Collections Counter & Warehouse Operative based in Dublin. Responsibilities include managing the trade counter, processing customer orders and returns, handling payments, and maintaining customer service excellence. Warehouse duties will involve inventory management, organizing stock, and ensuring timely dispatch and delivery of goods. The role also includes maintaining a safe, clean, and efficient work environment, assisting customers with product inquiries, and collaborating with the team to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
The following experience and qualifications are desirable; however, full training will be provided to the successful candidate:
Experience in customer service, trade counter operations, and managing retail or wholesale transactions
Skills in inventory management, order processing, and handling warehouse operations
Ability to assist customers with inquiries related to electrical products and solutions
Strong organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
A proactive and flexible approach to tasks, with a commitment to maintaining safety and efficiency
Knowledge of electrical products or experience in a related industry is an advantage
Ability to operate a forklift is desirable
