This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Private Equity and Alternatives Funds professional to join a mid‑sized/boutique operation that is experiencing significant growth on the PE side of its business.
Key Duties:
* Responsibility for the Private Equity and Real Estate Fund Accounting teams.
* Serve as the main point of escalation for a number of Private Equity & Real Estate clients.
* Develop relationships with all client contacts including investment professionals, investors, lawyers, auditors and banking personnel.
* Oversee preparation of quarterly Management accounts for each structure, capital call and distribution calculations and Investors Capital Statements.
* Idea generation and ongoing assessment and improvement of operational service model
Key Requirements:
* 8 years+ Fund Accounting experience with 2 Years + at VP/Manager level.
* Proven success leading a team within the Private Equity or Real Estate administration space.
* A highly successful record of delivering large scale business/technology reengineering initiatives in the private equity, hedge funds and fund of funds businesses.
* Strong leadership skills and supervisory experience of other professionals.
* Project management skills with attention to detail and proven ability to multi-task.
