Job Description: Project Manager
Objectives:

Project Management
* Organizing and leading work preparation
* Organizing and leading project optimization
* Organization and coordination of new projects (planning, customer communication, budget)
* Quality, cost, and timely control and coordination, as well as implementation of projects and digital processes in the company, consistently using the company group standards for project management
Tasks:
* Planning of value stream-oriented process flows, taking lean thinking into account
* Initiating and controlling improvement projects, e.g., Proma, and product maturity projects
* Controlling regular project communication and cross-project controlling
* Supporting the evaluation of CIP projects and involvement in optimization workshops
* Planning and coordinating internal and production relocations between sites, ensuring targets are achieved
* Defining permanent interface optimization and the corresponding processes for projects
* Managing employees and personnel planning within the area of responsibility
* Developing work preparation tasks: time management, process data specification, and feedback of actual data into calculations
* Preparing personnel requirement plans and coordinating with line managers
* Monitoring approved investments within the area of responsibility
* Implementing and developing Lean methods and tools
* Participating in the ongoing optimization of the project management system and work preparation across the group of companies

Work Environment:

Qualifications:
* Proven management skills and team leadership
* Proficiency in MS Office and SAP
* Fluency in English
* Critical thinking
* Experience in a similar role, ideally in an international company
* Automotive background preferred
* Strong project management experience
* Knowledge of SAP applications and process improvements
* Understanding of US automotive industry standards
