Patties : A new Smash Burger Restaurant opening in Dublin 9 is looking for an experience Restaurant Supervisor with good strong working background with an ambition to developing his or her career further on.
The Roll:
Responsibility of opening and closing the Restaurant
Ensuring Customers service is of exceptional quality
Lead and motivate the team
Responsible for guiding and training staff
Requirements:
A minimum of 3 years Restaurant Supervisor experience
Strong communication skills
Ability to work with own initiative
To be organized and efficient Supervisor
Be proactive in the sales of the food and beverage
Have a good eye to details
Be flexible and have can do attitude
Be able to work under pressure when it's needed in a busy Restaurant
Be able to maintain high standard of service and HACCP
