Job Title: Quality Assurance Specialist (LATAM Spanish) – Social Media Safety
Location: Dublin City Centre (Modern On-site Campus)
The Role: Move beyond standard moderation. As a Quality Expert, you will ensure the safety of millions of users by auditing policy decisions for a global social media giant. You will use your cultural knowledge of the LATAM region to maintain high standards of community safety.
What We Are Looking For:
* Proven Experience: You must have a background in Content Moderation (this is non-negotiable).
* Language: Native-level Spanish (specifically from Latin American countries) and professional English.
* Resilience: Ability to handle sensitive and high-risk content with a professional mindset.
* Compliance: You cannot have worked for the end-client (Meta) in the last 6 months.
