Job Title: Manufacturing Scientist
We are seeking to recruit a contract upstream and/or downstream Manufacturing Support Scientist.
Job Description:
The manufacturing support group (in MS&T) is responsible for continued process technical support to the cell culture, primary recovery and downstream unit operations for commercial manufacture of multiple mammalian cell culture processes in a multi-product facility.
Key Responsibilities
* A thorough knowledge of the science behind each molecule and associated drug substance manufacturing processes with fundamental knowledge of one or more relevant principles.
* Evaluate process performance using data analytics tools to identify opportunities for yield improvement cycle time reduction.
* Provide regulatory compliance subject matter expertise during inspections interactions with health authorities representing site needs timely responses / data gathering etc.
* Leverage industry best practices and scientific literature drive solutions impacting product quality operational efficiency employee engagement & satisfaction enabling growth success through collaborative partnerships influence stakeholder input decision-making lean initiatives at scale.
