Role Overview:
This is a highly coveted opportunity for an accomplished project leader to spearhead the establishment and growth of a newly created Project Management Office (PMO).
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in shaping best practice, guiding project delivery teams, and influencing strategic projects across multiple business areas.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and support projects spanning cost, scope, time, risk, and quality.
* Develop and implement project management processes, governance, and reporting frameworks.
* Mentor project managers and provide coaching and guidance to ensure excellence in project delivery.
* Foster a culture of continuous improvement and introduce innovative PMO systems.
* Collaborate with senior stakeholders to achieve organisational objectives.
Requirements:
* Degree in Business, Engineering, or Project Management from a reputable institution.
* Minimum 5 years' experience in project/programme/PMO management.
* Recognised project management certification or professional membership.
* Excellent stakeholder management, analytical, and communication skills.
* Proven leadership and organisational abilities.
* Valid driving licence and willingness to travel to regional offices.
