Warehouse Operations Manager
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to lead our distribution team. As a key member of the warehouse management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the receipt, storage, and dispatch of products.
Your primary objective will be to ensure that all warehouse operations run smoothly and efficiently, with a focus on customer satisfaction and compliance with health and safety regulations.
Main Responsibilities:
* Lead the distribution team by providing clear direction and motivating them to achieve high standards.
* Support the warehouse manager in their absence and deputise as required.
* Challenge the Distribution team on customer complaints and present learnings from their issues.
* Maintain warehouse standards through regular inspections and coaching sessions with supervisors.
Requirements:
* Prior experience in a supervisory or managerial role within a warehousing environment is essential.
* Candidates must possess good IT skills, including knowledge of warehouse systems. A FLT licence is also required.
