Biotech Production Specialist Role
We are seeking an experienced Biotech Production Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the manufacturing unit, you will be responsible for executing tasks in line with the production schedule as directed by Team Leads and Supervisors.
Your primary focus will be on monitoring production processes, participating in equipment start-up, commissioning, and validation activities, and assisting with troubleshooting in case of equipment failure.
In addition, you will be performing manufacturing level maintenance on equipment, adhering to safety and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) requirements at all times when carrying out tasks.
Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
* Performing equipment cleaning, preparation, and execution
* Completing associated documentation
* Reviewing, editing, and revising completed batch records, logbooks, and SOPs in accordance with cGMP standards
* Maintaining housekeeping in designated areas and adhering to the clean standards of the facility
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A BS/BA in Life Sciences or a related field
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Problem-solving skills
* The ability to work within a successful team
