Contract: Fixed-term contract, 12 months, Full-time. Location: Dublin, Ireland. Hybrid - 1-2 days per week in our Dublin office (Charlemont Street, Dublin 2).
Salary: €37,431 to €38,556 per annum. Closing Date: Tuesday, 20th of April 2026.
About the Role
We’re looking for a Curriculum Support Manager to join our team on a fixed-term contract. The curriculum department at Generation UK & Ireland maintains 7 live skills bootcamps, including training in Technology (IT/Cloud), Data, Green Skills (Retrofit and Solar Panel Installation) and Healthcare. The role covers administrative and curriculum design duties, including supporting curriculum delivery, maintaining our learning management system, and researching and drafting or adapting content on a range of technical and soft skills topics across all of our bootcamps. The position would be well-suited to someone who thrives on variety, learning new things, and has a great eye for detail as they track and document progress, collaborating within the Learning Team.
Experience
You don’t need prior experience working with curricula or education: it’s more important that you’re a curious, quick learner who thrives on new challenges, and a confident writer, editor and proofreader. You’ll also need strong organisational and project management skills, an interest in adult education, and a passion for supporting people back into work.
Key Responsibilities
Researching, drafting and creating new session resources for a range of programmes under the direction of the Head of Curriculum
Liaising with instructor and Learner Progress teams for session feedback
Adapting and refreshing pre-existing material resources and scheduling in line with feedback
Monitoring Updates Logs to fix bugs and update live programme resources
Responding to live requests for assistance from on-programme delivery team
Updating and administering our Learning Management System (Canvas)
Maintaining up-to-date programme documentation
Tracking project management deadlines for upcoming cohort launches, collaborating with Operations teams and Head of Curriculum

Confident writer, editor and proofreader who adapts well to feedback
Proactive communicator, working with teams, balancing different priorities
Working knowledge of Google Drive suite (Docs, Sheets and Slides)
Technologically confident – comfortable adapting to new systems and processes
Strong ability to work independently and manage multiple project workstreams and deadlines
Interest in adult education and social enterprise
Desirable
Experience working in education
Familiarity with learning management systems (Canvas/DesignPlus)
Basic HTML/CSS skills, or relevant experience
Confident Excel or Google Sheets skills
Experience working with project management software (Asana)
Knowledge, experience or interest in technology, healthcare, data or green skills
Location and Attendance
Location: Dublin, Ireland. Hybrid - 1-2 days per week in our Dublin office.
Attendance expectations: colleagues living within one hour of a regional base are asked to attend the office a minimum of once per week; colleagues living further away are asked to attend a minimum of once per month. The candidate must be a resident and have the right to work in Ireland.
