The Head Chef will lead a large team and be responsible for the successful and profitable overall operation of the kitchen, ensuring excellent food and great customer experiences.
The ideal candidate will have at least five years' experience as Head Chef of a large restaurant and bar destination with a proven track record of achieving financial targets.
