About the RoleBased on the busy Atrium Road — the main arrival and departure point for coaches at Dublin Airport — this role places you right at the heart of the action. Every day, thousands of passengers pass through this area, and you'll be there as the friendly, helpful face of Bus Éireann, ensuring their journey starts or ends smoothly.As a Customer Service Officer and Brand Ambassador, you'll be outdoors, welcoming travellers, answering questions, and directing them to the right coach or service.
