Job Title: Electrical Site Manager
The role of the Electrical Site Manager involves overseeing site-based activities and leading teams of electrical engineering trade professionals. This position requires tracking daily site progress, ensuring quality, on-time delivery, and adherence to budget in a safe and efficient manner.
* Responsibilities:
* Management of day-to-day site operations
* Coordinating site activities to ensure work is completed on time
* Ensuring plant materials onsite meet agreed specifications
* Managing Quality Control against approved benchmarks
* Managing subcontractor activities, including progress tracking and damage notices
* Liaising with health and safety to ensure work is completed safely
* Staying abreast with housekeeping and material storage management
* Liaising with clients and departmental managers for timely delivery and effective handover
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Key Requirements:
* Strong communication skills with fluency in written and spoken English
* Trade-qualified or construction-related qualification
* 2+ years' experience on a large-scale project as an Electrical Project Manager or other supervisory role
* Strong organisation and management skills
* Ability to manage time, drive productivity and meet deadlines
* Ability to manage and prioritise tasks
* Interpersonal skills with willingness to work independently and as part of a wider site team

* Paid at a competitive hourly rate between €35 to €45 per hour
* Overtime hours worked are paid separately
* This comes out to approximately 70k to 90k when converted to an annual salary
