Senior Process Engineer
This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading multinational company based in Carlow. As a Senior Process Engineer, you will work within cross-functional teams to deliver process engineering services in support of upgrade projects in an existing Sterile Filling Facility.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in chemical processing and have experience with process design, development, and implementation. You will be responsible for managing vendor relationships, developing and maintaining process documentation, and ensuring compliance with global engineering standards and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
* Package Owner: Manage new process equipment and upgrades to existing process equipment.
* Vendor Management: Oversee vendors for critical equipment detailed design, fabrication, installation on site, and delivery up to PQ completion.
* Process Development: Develop Process Flow Diagrams, P&IDs, User Requirement Specifications, and Equipment Specifications to ensure Process Descriptions/Needs are met.
* Process Safety: Facilitate team completion of process safety deliverables, including PHA (Hazops).
* Global Standards: Ensure Global engineering standards, procedures, and practices are followed in the design development.
* Cross-Functional Teamwork: Work as part of a cross-functional project team to ensure project and site stakeholder inputs and requirements are clear and reflected in design deliverables.
* Milestone Management: Monitor progress of process suite team milestones with all team members and provide status reports to project Tiers and stakeholders.
