Applications are invited for two temporary posts of Clinical Research Project Manager within UCD School of Medicine. The UCD CRC was established in 2006 to deliver high quality, world class, patient-centred research. Together with our hospital partners and the UCD School of Medicine, we have built a skilled and committed research team who help investigators to design and conduct clinical research to the highest standards. Our expert team work closely with our internationally renowned investigators to test new ways of treating patients to improve their lives. Our research has been incorporated into clinical guidelines and has been translated into clinical practice to improve outcomes. A key component of our research focus is the support for investigators initiated clinical investigations and trials. To support this ambition, we now seek to appoint a Clinical Research Project Manager who will play a pivotal role in supporting and delivering on investigator initiated clinical trials and investigations. Based at the UCD CRC, the appointee will work within the Clinical Trial Unit working closely with members of the CRC team as well as the Chief Investigator and other members of the study team. The postholder will have a passion for clinical research, excellent time management and organisational skills, ability to work with and multiple stakeholders and drive activities forward.
