Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Breakfast Manager to oversee the smooth operation of our busy breakfast service. This role involves ensuring that our Food and Beverage team consistently deliver high quality standards of guest service.

\

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the smooth running of the breakfast service, including preparation and setup for meetings and events.
\
2. Ensure that the F&B team consistently deliver high quality standards of guest service.
\
3. Work with the F&B Manager and other Heads of Department to ensure the smooth running of early morning meetings and events.
\
4. Perform other duties as assigned by the Food and Beverage Manager.
\
5. Motivate and lead the F&B team to achieve high performance standards.
\
6. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless execution of events and meetings.
\
7. Develop and implement effective strategies to improve operational efficiency and productivity.
\
8. Monitor and maintain high standards of food quality, presentation and consistency.
\
9. Maintain accurate records and reports as required.
\
10. Communicate effectively with colleagues, guests and suppliers to ensure seamless operations.
\
11. Adhere to health and safety policies and procedures at all times.
\
12. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to enhance knowledge and skills.
\
13. Contribute to the development of new ideas and initiatives to improve services and processes.
\
14. Support the development of junior staff members through training and mentorship.
\
15. Participate in regular performance reviews and feedback sessions.
\
16. Take ownership of tasks and responsibilities delegated by management.
\
17. Assist in maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
\
18. Provide excellent customer service at all times.
\
19. Be proactive in resolving issues and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
\
20. Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services.
\
21. Attend meetings and contribute to discussions as required.
\
22. Undertake additional tasks and responsibilities as may be reasonably requested by management.
\
23. Other duties as assigned by management.
