Job Title: Office Administrator
This is a full-time role based at the NICOR Head Office in Dundonald, Belfast. As a member of the NICOR Team, you will support the Head Office Team by managing and monitoring new works orders from clients to timely completion.
Main Responsibilities:
* Daily management and monitoring of orders assigned to the appropriate team.
* Responding to client and internal queries regarding order status.
* Participation in business development projects and individual development initiatives.
* Administration tasks in support of the Contracts Manager, including:
o Inputting schedules into our CRM system.
o Preparing reports and project documentation as required.
