This Procurement Specialist role demands high-level expertise in resolving logistical and purchasing challenges.
 * Responsibility for Managing Production Schedules (MPS) & Material Requirements Planning (MRP) for raw materials, intermediates, and finished goods.
 * Oversee the Purchasing function to ensure timely material supply alignment with production schedules.
 * Coordinate purchasing activities and collaborate with New Product Introduction (NPI) teams.
 * BOM / Item Master Management.
 * Primary point of contact for Distribution Centre coordination and CRM management.
 * Scenario planning.
 * Material coordination for NPI projects.
 * Collaborate with Supply Chain members to achieve target performance on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
 * Inventory Management and Control.
 * Liaise with transportation companies regarding deliveries.
 * Schedule deliveries within warehouse capacity constraints.
 * Implement projects in line with specific objectives.
 * Coordinate procurement of materials to support production and meet product costs within organizational guidelines and applicable laws.
 * Ensure timely purchase of non-inventory items required for plant operations at minimum total cost of ownership levels.
 * Maintain Environmental Health & Safety standards and adherence to all relevant EHS regulations and procedures.
