Clann Mór Residential & Respite CLG is a community based charity providing person-centred support to adults with mild to moderate intellectual disabilties across County Meath. We operate multiple residential homes and a deciated respite service, empowering indivuals to live meaningful lives within their own communities.. We currently provide services in Kells, Navan, and Ashbourne.
Clann Mór is a voluntary organisation, with charitable status. We are registered with HIQA.
We have full time and part time positions for: Community Based Support Staff (CBSS)
Minimum Requirements:
* QQI Level 5 qualification in Health or Social Care
* Proven experience in disability services, ideally within residential and respite settings
* Solid understanding of HIQA standards and compliance
* Full, clean driving licence with a willingness to drive as part of the role
* Energetic and motivated individual with strong work ethic, ambition, and excellent communication skills
* Flexible approach to work schedules, including availability for shift work, weekends, and overnight hours
