4. Evaluate staff performance, handle rostering, time management, and implement strategies to improve productivity and teamwork.
5. Ensure compliance with licensing regulations, health and safety protocols, and hygiene standards.
6. Foster a positive work environment by encouraging open communication, constructive feedback, and employee engagement.
7. Drive sales growth through effective marketing strategies, promotions, and events.
8. Monitor cash handling, budgets, and provide regular financial reports to stakeholders.
9. Plan and execute successful events, seasonal activities, and promotional campaigns that enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior role within the hospitality industry.
* Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to inspire and motivate team members.
* In-depth knowledge of beverages, including wine, cocktails, and craft beers, to offer expert advice and recommendations.
* A proven track record of driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and consistently delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
* The ability to manage pressure and prioritize tasks effectively, maintaining a hands-on approach when necessary.
* Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required, and be available for on-call duties.
* A valid work authorization in Ireland.
