Key Responsibilities: Answer and direct phone calls, including cold calls (Dublin reception manages main line).
Greet clients and visitors at the door, including cold callers, and handle queries regarding select services.
Escort clients to meeting rooms and ensure rooms are stocked and prepared along with tea coffee etc.
Order office and kitchen supplies, including stationery, documents, and cleaning products.
Check deliveries and maintain inventory levels.
Act as a point of contact for various teams - including IS, Facilities, and Marketing.
Manage incoming/outgoing post including internal, and cheque lodgements.
About you: Proficient in using all standard Microsoft Office packages (Word, Excel, Email etc.) Excellent telephone manner, being always polite and courteous.
A team player who can confidently interact with others, but who is also able to work independently.
Logical thinker with good organisation and administration skills Accuracy and attention to detail A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
