Medforce are delighted to announce we are recruiting motivated, creative and hard-working Senior Occupational Therapists to join a Paediatric Primary Care Team based in Dundalk, County Louth.

You will be part of a team of qualified allied health professionals and support workers as well as a wider multi-disciplinary team of health professionals. CPD is actively encouraged and supported through regular supervision/appraisal and staff training.
This is a full time, 35 hour week spread across Monday – Friday with excellent benefits including free onsite parking, incremental HSE pay-scale, generous annual leave entitlement and CPD opportunities.
Responsibilities
* Lead and manage a caseload of children with a variety of needs.
* Provide high-quality assessments, intervention planning, and therapy services in line with evidence-based practices.
* Support families and caregivers with strategies to enhance children’s participation in daily life at home, school, and in the community.
* Mentor and supervise junior therapists, therapy assistants, and students.
* Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team
* Contribute to service development, quality improvement initiatives, and team training.
Requirements
* Degree in Occupational Therapy with CORU registration.
* Experience: working with children in a community setting is preferred but not required.
* Full clean Driver’s License with access to own vehicle.
* Skills: Strong clinical, interpersonal, and organisational skills with a compassionate, family-centered approach.
