What This Role Really Looks Like
This is a
people-first, relationship-driven sales role
.
You'll be working with customers who are actively shopping, guiding them through the process, and helping them make confident buying decisions.
Your day will include:
Connecting with customers in-store, online, and over the phone
Asking the right questions to understand needs and lifestyle
Presenting vehicles in a way that builds value not just price
Following up with leads (calls, texts, emails) to stay top of mind
Setting and confirming appointments
Working alongside leadership to structure and close deals
Building your own book of business and repeat/referral clients
