Store Operations Manager
We are seeking a skilled Store Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day activities of our retail branch. This role involves managing sales, inventory, merchandising, health and safety, and ensuring adherence to company standards and procedures.
As a key member of our team, you will collaborate with the Sales Liaison Manager to drive performance, achieve targets, and deliver exceptional customer service. Your strong leadership skills will enable you to motivate and guide your team effectively.
* Experience: 2–5 years of relevant professional experience in a retail or operations management capacity.
* Work Ethic: Demonstrates autonomy, responsiveness, and a proactive approach to responsibilities.
* Attitude: Passionate and enthusiastic, with a strong commitment to excellence.
* Sales Orientation: Proven ability to identify customer needs, recommend appropriate products or services, and successfully close sales.
* Analytical Skills: Capable of understanding and interpreting sales data to inform decision-making.
* Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Leadership: Strong people management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team effectively.
