About the Position:
Construction Project Administrator required. The Ideal candidate must have construction administration experience and/or willingness to learn. The candidate will work closely with site managers. The suitable candidate will become an integral part of our growing company.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Setup & Documentation – Assist in the management of Procore (CDE system) and OneDrive (drawings, specs, team directory, reports, emails, submittals, RFIs, meeting minutes, progress reports).
Logistics & Coordination – Organise site welfare, storage, suppliers, subcontractors, security, accommodation, and maintain contact lists, assist in the preparing of traffic and waste management plans.
Health & Safety – Assist in the preparing and maintenance of site safety files, permits, RAMS, H&S plans, training records, plant/material records, and site inductions.
O&M / Handover – Compile technical data, warranties, certificates, record drawings, fire registers, and support BCAR submissions.
Purchasing & Cost Control – Handle purchasing, quotes, cost tracking, delivery dockets, and liaise with Accounts.
Key Requirements:
* Preferably 12 months+ Construction administrative experience
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
* Excellent interpersonal skills, strong oral and written communication skills
* Individual must be independent, self-motivated, and flexible to handle multiple and changing priorities.
Desirable:
* Construction Management qualification
