We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Nurse Manager (CNM) to join our warm and welcoming team at a well-established nursing home in Ireland. As Clinical Nurse Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of care for our residents. You will lead and support a team of nursing and care staff, oversee clinical practices, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our services. ????? Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the nursing team to deliver person-centred care Ensure compliance with HIQA standards and all relevant legislation Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with residents and families Mentor and support staff through training and performance management Liaise with multidisciplinary teams, families, and external agencies ?
