We are resourcing an engineer to manage a biopharma client's Computerised Maintenance Management (CMMS) systems for maintenance and calibration; ensuring the systems are used and maintained in compliant manner.
Main Responsibilities:
* Act as system owner / subject matter expert for Computerised Maintenance Management (CMMS) systems for maintenance and calibration.
* Maintain and Operate the system in accordance with corporate and local procedures and guidelines.
* Maintain oversight of the maintenance and calibration process.
* Manage system additions and modifications, supporting criticality risk assessments, update of routine and instructions, spare parts, etc.
* Train users in the use of the systems.
* Maintain maintenance, calibration, and other relevant Engineering metrics, identifying trends and remediation actions.
* Maintain the Business Continuity process in the event of system failure.
* Act as engineering representative on relevant cross functional site projects.
* Lead and support relevant site investigations, identifying root cause and measures to prevent recurrence.
Requirements:
* SAP experience is a necessity. Additionally, ProCal experience is very advantageous.
* Relevant 3rd level qualification.
* Minimum 2 years experience working with SAP.
